Needed one quickly
Still love this facility. Had trouble with logging in to pay and they stayed in contact thru email to help, even called to make sure everything was working. It's very clean and safe. The employees are super helpful and kind.i will be using them for a long time.

Great storage
They didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have a on-site office so they did everything over a phone call which I really liked not have to go somewhere in person and deal with people. They even have a service to where I can text open the gate instead of having to remember a gate code or deal with the hassle of it. They also provided a lock so I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to run and go get one. I gave five stars for the ease of service.

I want to thank the customer service staff for all of the help they gave to me. I had a problem with my entry code and they called the owners right away. They called me right back and with their patience we were able to get entry! The building was spotless as were the grounds around it. Thank you so very much!

John DerouenThe leak in my one storage was never fixed. My furniture had mold on it. In my other storage it was on an outside wall and the metal wall has holes and gaps at the bottom which this allowed bugs dirt and mice to enter the building. This made everything dirty and infested. Might want to resolve this for the next tenants. Yes good job on communication about getting out of storage easy and quick.

KaymcReserved a unit online, needed it in a hurry. They were super helpful. Sent me all the paperwork through email, I signed it, sent it back. They called and told me the unit number and gate code. They also provided me with a new lock and keys that were still in the package They had a great rate for the first and second month. Very reasonable price for the units. The property and units are nice and clean. I've had no issues with anything since I Reserved the unit.
