The online reservation and move-in process was very easy and convenient.
We rented a 10x20 unit. It will handle lots of storage. Luckily we rented a 15 foot box truck and it barely fit through the maze of the units. We were planning to use a pick up and a trailer to pick things up, but there is no way to navigate the turns. Poor planning. The larger units should be much easier to get to.
