Since the beginning of the process everyone has been very helpful
I was told I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t park my gym trailer in my neighborhood outside of my house. So I have 24-48hrs to look for a new home for my trailer. Started calling around and couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t find a 24 hour access one till I got through storage king. The First Lady that showed me around and provided pricing for me was excellent to Dee the lady that finalized the deal the very next day. Highly recommended

I am relocating and needed a place to hold some of my belongings due to the moving company refusing to move them. I called Storage King and had the pleasure of speaking with Dee, hope I spelled that right! She walked me through the process and was very helpful. I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking to store their belongings!

I went to the storage king in haslet tx and Amy was extremely helpful the store was super clean and smelled really good. She toured me through different sized units and saved me money by assisting me in my choice. I would recommend this storage unit to anyone! Thank youuuuuu!

Marqui FullingtonWhen I arrived to Storage King in Haslet the property was extremely well kept and clean along with the staff was extremely helpful with helpful with transferring me to a bigger unit cause the one I rented was to small. I was so stressed but the manager reassured me that she understood and she would make sure I wouldn't have to fret she had me. It's such a relief to have everything run smoothly and the BEST PART THERE PRICES ARE THE CHEAPEST AROUND.
Mike MI will start off by saying the ladies that work at the location are very nice and pleasant. Storage King though is the biggest rip off. CONSTANTLY RAISING PRICES. If your payment is a day late they call, text and hassle you to death. I am paying for a U-Haul and going elsewhere. My unit has almost tripled in price in a little over a year. I strongly suggest finding somewhere else that does not screw people that stay with them.

She went above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of, and she didn’t leave until I fully understood how the keypad worked. She was patient, kind, and made the whole process easy. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps. Storage King is lucky to have someone like Lilian running the show, and I’m grateful I got to work with her.
Skyview EightThe lady who helped me was absolutely fantastic! I was out of town when I made the reservation and leased the unit, but she made sure everything was taken care of—she even placed my new lock inside the unit for me. That kind of extra effort shows she truly cares. It’s rare these days to find people who genuinely love their job and provide such excellent customer service. I’ll also be renting a U-Haul from here soon, and I’m confident I’ll get the same great experience. A real gem—highly recommended!
