This was, by far, the easiest process I've ever encountered in renting a storage unit! With the no-contact AND 3rd party option, I wasn't expecting any kind of follow-up; let alone via phone calls. When I initially reserved a space, I received a call to inform me that the option I chose may not be what I thought it was (they were correct). I was assisted until a unit and deal were found that I liked, and the rental agreement was in my email within minutes.Then, after I moved in, I received another courtesy call inquiring about my experience. Way to go above and beyond the call in this age where good customer services doesn't seem as high on the priority list as it should be!
