Process
I did everything online! It made the process so much simpler. I was able to move in with storage unit number and gate code right on my phone!! I only wish they had automatic sliding doors. Utilizing the carts and trying to open the door is hectic, but overall good experience and smooth process.

I accidentally booked two storage units. One at this location and another at 2100 North Loop West. Upon figuring this out, Railynn, was able to assist me. She not only called me back on a Sunday, but had the other unit removed and got me a better price on a unit with her building. A for customer service!! Thank you again Railynn.

This place is the most inconvenient storage facility. Access hours are limited, especially so.on the weekend. There is never an available cart. Massive warehouse has 3 carts for use, each one in bad shape. Rents are high. Automatic gates and elevators rarely work correctly. The people who work here are very unhelpful. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Laura WalpoleRarely anyone on site for assisstance. When they are there, they are very limited in the help they can provide. My door has been broken since move in and no one seems to know if it will ever get fixed. App rarely works for elevator access or exiting facility.

Madison AllorOne of the WORST experiences. There is only someone here 2x a week. Rented out a unit showed up to access that unit, none of my access codes or locks on my phone unlocked the gates to any door in the facility. The numbers go straight to a voicemail to where you’ll never receive a call back. Talked to a few people moving in and out while waiting for an hour for someone to open the gate and doors for us, they also mentioned there’s no one to help/answer questions. Also, increasing rent after the first month. Can’t access your things unless it’s before 6pm as well. Never dealt with such an unprofessional place. Save yourself, go elsewhere!
