Updated Review: I originally left a review because I was very dissatisfied with the service I was receiving. Shortly after, I was contacted by the manager, and I can honestly say she completely turned my experience around. She took the time to listen to every concern I had, addressed each issue thoroughly, and provided multiple options to help resolve the situation. Because of her efforts, what started as a frustrating experience ended on a very positive note. *******Beware they will increase rent prices a short time after moving your items in. My rent increased $40 after I moved in. Don’t base the rent on the prices listed on the site for specials. ********

I’m writing to express serious concerns about the condition and management of this Public Storage location. Just one week after a frustrating move-in experience, I’m now unable to access the building due to a malfunctioning keypad. Despite being told by a Public Storage employee that someone would be on-site today, no staff were present. To make matters worse, the emergency exit was visibly propped open—posing a clear safety risk to tenants and their belongings. I’ve used other Public Storage locations without issue, but this site has been consistently unreliable since day one. I chose this location for convenience, but the lack of accountability, poor communication, and ongoing access issues are unacceptable. I’m requesting immediate attention to: • Restore secure and reliable access to the building • Ensure staff presence during posted hours • Address the compromised emergency exit I hope to see prompt action taken to resolve these issues and restore confidence in this facility’s management.

Sheila is the manager here. She’s super friendly, super helpful. Showed me several different units answered all my questions. Got everything set up quickly and linked to my accounts. Didn’t have to wait long would highly recommend!

They never answer their phones, they are never in office. Pulled up multiple times where either gate or elevator doesn't work with our code. Each time there is no one to help, no one to call; Meaning I cant get to my storage. This happened as well when the robbery happened, no one could help. We got keyed by someone, we knew the person,car that did it, time and date , we requested footage, never got it. They increase prices without telling you. Very unsatisfied, do not recommend. I will be moving out as soon as someone answers the damn phone to let me take my stuff out.
