Michael, the property manager, was really kind and helpful. Property is clean and safe. With the "first month for 1$" offer renting the storage for one month turned out being very cheap.

I had a fantastic experience with this Public Storage location. I had actually initially booked with the location off Greenbriar, but they ended up not having a climate controlled unit in the size I requested, so they transferred me up to this location. Michael, the Property Manager, was extremely helpful & accommodating and the check-in process was as smooth as can be!

Nadine LavenderMs Bridgette is awesome!!! She is such a pleasure. I called in for help in distress because I was late paying. No one would call me back or return an email and this cost me a rediculous amount in late fee. Somehow, I got in touch with Ms. Bridgette and she was like breath of fresh air. She explained clearly all of my options and calmed me down. The amount of late fees, the threat of auction, locked out of mobile service and online payment is insane but Ms Bridgette assured me that if I pay the bill on the date I gave her that my unit would be restored and it was the very next day. THE BIGGEST THANK YOU to the sweetest lady, Ms Bridgette on the other side of the phone.
