My experience visiting there was heartfelt. I needed information about how to rent a space there. The young lady by the name DeShantaa Arnett was very considerate and had the most patients I have experienced in a long time. Her customer relations is on point, I wish there were more understanding people like her in this world we live in today. Thank you very much for this one person you have to face the public at your business.

On the day I was due to vacate the property I was locked out of my unit. They do a lot of illegal fraudulent activities at this property. When I finally got into my unit thanks to Ms Bobby from another facility I packed it all onto a cart and had to leave it because the person that was coming to help me was on their way the day the lock was placed on my unit. Then so called costumer service claims I was locked out due to non payment which is a lie I attempted to pay them a month earlier yet payment was refused stating they don’t accept cash O well ! I made the attempt. Back to my property that was on the cart when I came the next day someone had taken every thing out of my carry on luggage and stole my luggage it’s the one that has the charging ports built into it, and threw my things all over the floor, tore open my boxes etc,,,, I called HPD & filed a report. The so called managers the two Hispanic girls are trashy and messy has no skills or concern except when it comes to their people of course Majority of the time no one is at the property. I got stuck in the elevator with two Hispanic men no one cared they acted like nothing had happened this place is ridiculous and known for high crime

Sean FergusonHorrible experience renting from these people. Never anybody on staff in the office to help out . Today I arrived hoping to put some stuff in my unit and could not have imagined that I would not have access to the unit. Waited for over an hour after calling customer service twice and being promised someone would show up. No one ever showed up. There were at least 6 other customers who came and went trying to access the unit. It appears the door is broken and cannot be opened at all with any code - everyone who came and went tried their code and no one could open the door. Stay far away from this place. Now I'm just hoping I'll actually be able to get my stuff out before transferring to another unit.
