This place is horrible the gates stay broken and doors also so your not getting the protection you think your getting Also I’ve used public storage but recently all my items was auctioned off. I have furniture clothes everything personal documents medication. My whole life was inside of this storage and they auction off my storage by accident. It wasn’t even time to auction it off. I have proof and documentation they gave me no answers. They didn’t even care that this happened to me. The carpet manager called me and told me that she will call me back. I haven’t heard from her since they told me that they was working to retrieve my items back from the bidder and I have not received any callback. I am a single mother. I have no clothes no shoes. It’s about to get cold let alone all of my Christmas decorations was in their storage. I don’t even have a Christmas tree to put up for my children. This is sad. I have nothing. I feel hopeless and helpless. This is a multi million dollar company and they refuse to take accountability for the mistake that they have made a police report has been filed. I’ve also issued a 10 day demand letter cause I have questions I was told my storage was sold on October 24 but when I communicated with Public Storage, they told me I had until November 24. Those calls are recorded and documented. This is sad. I just feel like giving up at this prison moment due to all of this hardship. This has put me in an emotional Distress.
