I have been a loyal customer for one year paying over what I should have thinking because it’s a climate controlled indoor facility with high tech locks that it would keep my belongings the safest. I have always paid on time even when the prices rose including insurance fees (now I’m wondering what do they cover?). I went to check on my belongings on the 25th and was absolutely disgusted and disappointed!!! There were dead rats and mice roaches and spiders and almost all of my belongings were unrecognized and not salvageable. I was ANGRY TO SAY THE LEAST! I did have some non perishable food items in cans and boxes stored in containers that were sealed in my unit that I definitely thought would be fine in a storage facility with such high tech features. I was told when they finally called three days later after multiple calls voicemails and emails that they wouldn’t close my account because I left things there outside of the door!!! There is NO WAY I was going to clean up rat feces and roaches and my ruined belongings for them after being ripped off by a years worth of payments! My bibles were destroyed my childhood photos and pictures my children’s first clothes and blankets several brand new clothes and comforters shoes boots electronics and diapers and a box of brand new wipes and makeup and a high chair literally everything in there we tried to save some things that we will have to scrub and bleach and hope for the best!!! They were highly unprofessional and non sympathetic after I have been such a great customer! Not to mention they lied and said I signed a agreement to not have any food items! I never signed an agreement I paid over the phone and was not read any terms that said I could not have enclosed non perishable food items (not to mention they should not have roaches and rats PERIOD in this place) I definitely want footage of them doing monthly pest removal services because they don’t!). I was so upset I had to hang up when the lady was rude blaming me instead of offering to compensate or reimburse SOMETHING seeing thousands of dollars worth of stuff destroyed and some has no price value due to sentiment (my baby’s first Bible first blanket etc). I’m Heart broken and disgusted by the lack of professionalism and humanity the them! It won’t let me download all 178 pictures for this review and that doesn’t even cover half of my belongings. I also had everything organized in boxes bags or plastic totes. And when I went back, it looked like a disgusting rodent party happened, and everything was unrecognized.by the way if the boxed and canned food was the issue which was in trash bags and then in plastic closed totes they would’ve ate that LAST YEAR their would not be fresh dead mice with paper and clothes torn up if that was the case! I will be taking them to court. Also when I was there another family had to move their stuff due to a roof leak which ruined their stuff and much of my stuff was mildewed and wet as well!

The manager Nicole was very helpful, kind and thorough. The units are nice and well kept. Will use them in the future.

Paying for storage for our items we are unable to access. Havent been able to access the unit for several weeks now and have been calling with voicemail everytime. They need to hire competent staff and allow us access to the unit we pay for so we can remove our stuff. Its getting to a point we are going to have to involve more people to get in. Calling corporate this morning to figure out why this location had lazy workers who cant even answer a phone.

I was having issues with my unit, contacted the manager several times and nothing was getting resolved until today. I want to thank Grace and Misty for helping me and being very nice and informative.
