Storage have a lot of lights and looks clean. But it's the worst policy ever. You can't get access to your stuff 24/7. You MUST buy their ultra mega package for extra and only then you'll get access. And you can't buy this package when already bought a storage. I just come from a different state with a loaded truck and I find it out only now. 1 star is deserved
Makenzie MillsThe location was easy to get to and the facility/unit were easy to access. I liked the ease of the app to pay my bill and open the gate. Unfortunately, I had to move out due to the excessive increase in rent. It went from $45 in November to $98 in February.I even called customer service before I rented it to ask about rent increases. He said it may go up a little but nothing major. $50 a month is most certainly major.
