The outstanding service continued with Imarie Davis, the manager onsite. She went above and beyond at every stage. During the in-office visit, she provided a detailed walkthrough of the facility and the available units, carefully explaining pricing options and ensuring I understood the terms. Her professionalism was matched by her warmth and willingness to help. What truly stood out was her proactive follow-up and attention to detail. She coordinated everything over the phone, setting up my payment, assigning my storage unit, and even providing my access code ahead of time so that the unit would be ready prior to my arrival with my household goods. That level of preparation made an already stressful moving process significantly easier and more efficient. We signed an agreement starting a storage discount of $13, but 3 months later, we were informed that the cost for storage was increasing to $26. When I inquired about the reason for the change, they explained that due to high demand, they have the right to adjust the cost at their discretion. So keep that in mind! Administrative fee is required when signing the initial contract with this storage facility - $29. Don't forget to buy a lock in advance. I recommend a round shape because the others didn't fit properly. I provide photographs of the lock holes so that you can see that an elongated lock or another shape will not work. If you come to them without a lock, they can offer to sell you one for $19.99. Overall, our experience with this storage facility was very positive. We enjoyed everything about it. The only reason we are giving it four stars instead of five is because they changed the price. I would like to see more cameras placed throughout the territory, not just at the entrance.
