This facility is both clean and friendly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had no difficulties finding my unit and the locks you can buy were reasonably priced and sturdy. I loved this facility and if ever needed a unit again would definitely use this one.

I was ECSTATIC when the manger from Cubesmart called me to give me the welcome and told me the procedure and what to expect in my next email. Her instructions were very easy to follow and I had no trouble finding my unit. I am VERY SATISFIED. :)
The facility is in Kingsville, TX. First I called Sparefoot and spoke to a gentleman who helped me figure out how big of a storage unit I needed. Then we went through the paperwork without giving any account details and was sent a confirmation email to go to CubeSmart. I was there 10 mins before they closed for the day. The office person was more than happy to show me the unit and then the real paperwork began. Within 15-20 mins I had a storage unit at a very reasonable rate with discounts. I left my unit locked improperly one day and got a telephone letting me know right away. I call that service. Very happy with the whole process.
