Very friendly customer service. I was able to reserve, lease, and pay all from my phone. The customer service representative stayed past closing o help me. I would recommend Bo's self storage to anyone in need of a well lit, clean, easy accessible, storage facility.
I think I was one of the first ones to rent a unit after they totally renovated the enitire property! Looks great the lighting at night is definitely a PLUS! Plus they give you a free lock for booking online! Can't beat it. Great customer service, would definitely recommend to family and friends!
Easy to enter, liked the.nice lock.
no problems with scheduling or arriving. only issue as we did not know lock box code. but customer service walked me thru everything and we retrieved my lock. put it on and done.
