Online reservation of a spot was easy and painless. The communications could a little clearer though... how to get the gate code to work, get a pad lock with a short, thin shackle... but otherwise pretty convenient and the property is currently in great shape!

I love this place, great facility, professional employees (especially Alicia Andre) clean and always there to help with a positive attitude. I have used PS and couple other self storage facility but this my absolute favorite. Whoever, hires these awesome people, Alicia being my most pleasant advisor. Deserves a raise just as Ms. Andre. jacob steedI can't remember the lady who helped us originally. But we've had my mom's entire house stored there while it's being listed. We started using the storage unit sometime towards the end of the Summer and were only paying $70/month. Like MANY other reviews have stated, their rents have increased exponentially. Our rate has increased three times now I believe. And we were told originally, apparently others have too, that their rates were locked. We are now paying $135/month (insurance not included). This is ridiculous.
