Incredible service! I have had a storage unit with Preferred Self-Storage for more than two years. I live out of state, and they keep me well informed of everything I need to know. Every employee with whom I have interacted - whether in person or over the telephone - is extremely attentive and responsive. These days, it seems rare to find a company that goes above and beyond for its customers. Preferred Self Storage is one of those companies. I would recommend them enthusiastically to anyone in the Highland Village/Double Oak/Copper Canyon/Argyle area who needs a storage unit, big or small. Two thumbs up!
