Great experience, efficient online check in
Rented a unit to store misc. items while we await the completion of our new home. Showed up in the rain on 12/31 (New Years Eve) and met Shelly. She walked us through the entire process, was patient as we worked to complete paperwork on a system that had recently been updated and was not exactly cooperative and accompanied us to our unit in the rain to insure it was satisfactory. Shelly was great to work with and very friendly. If you need a place, this is it! JG
Shelly and Cydney have been so helpful and responsive in helping us get moved in and get our units secured. I'm so happy to be able to work with them through this process. They definitely take a huge burden off of our shoulders.
