Reservation on line was easy and received a call from Nicole the following day. She made it as stress free as possible. When I arrived to check in, I found Nicole to be just as pleasant in person as she was on the phone. She showed me where the unit I had rented was. It is comforting there are security cameras covering the whole property and staff lives on the property. It shows security is a priority.
I recently moved from out of state. Prior to moving I searched on line and found West 80 Storage which had the prices listed on line. I reserved a unit and was contacted the next day by Nicole. When I arrived, I went to the office and was greeted by Nicole. She was very courteous and explained everything to me. I would recommend this business because from the easy of the on line reservation to moving in was made simple and convenient. The only thing negative I could say was I had to sweep the unit out prior to moving in. Not a big deal though.
Nicole was absolutely amazing, explained everything in detail and definitely made sure it was as stress-free as possible.
Nicole was great. Engaging and personable.
