Superior Storage was a wonderful experience! Location was very important for us where we could access our belongings . The climate controlled facility was always clean and easy to get to. The app was easy to use and the staff that we talked to were very helpful. Great company!
Page JohnsonThe buildings are great. However the business practices are horrible. Go to rent a storage unit and have to talk to someone over a computer. Filling out the documents were a task. Then upon move out this was another rude awakening. They had already taken their money from my credit card on file on the 1st. I moved out on the 9th. When asked if I would be receiving a credit back on my credit card I was told basically read the contract. Well that another issue. I guess it is in a vcf file and I don't have a way to open it. So I was told no we do not pro rate and no you will not get a refund on the unused portion of the month. Would I recommend this facility to anyone absolutely not.

That’s what was going through my mind while I was completing the e-signed forms, except I don’t want to go back to the old ways of renting a storage unit. Thanks for having me.
Constance2069 WhiteWolfWhen I called they answered all my questions. They are knowledgeable and were proficient. I am happy with my choice to use this facility. Not only is my belongings under lock and key, but it is in a prison like facility. They have cameras everywhere and locking doors on every isle. You will be happy if you use this facility.
