I love that not only can I access it on the open hours but that you offer insurance on it for such a low price.
A guy pulled up and said I needed to move he needed to get his equipment out like his time was more precious then mine!!
Sean was very professional and friendly. He got me everything I needed VERY quickly (documents I needed to sign and storage locker information), and I didn't even need to leave my house! I made my reservation online and had access to my unit within 30 minutes. The whole process was extremely easy and we got it at a great price with the current special (50% off the first 3 months). Our move from CA has been so stressful, so I'm extremely grateful he made everything easy for me. Thank you so much Sean!
Overall the process was online easy and fast but the unit was not clean nor was there any good lighting. It was dark and we had to use our phones.
Im still in the orocess if moving in but all is good so far
