We have been renting since 2022, and our monthly bill went from $150 to $422, without any notices. The latest increase is the last straw, this place is NOT worth the cost. No one is ever available to answer the phone or in the office, there’s hardly ever any carts to assist with moving items. This place is a money trap, and we are looking at changing facilities asap.

Let me preface this review with that I think this public storage is great. The staff is amazing, the facility is clean, it's convenient, the works. My negative review isn't due to this specific site but more so with Public Storage as a company. I've had my unit for 3 months. I was paying a certain amount and recently received an email that my rent will increase by $60. Now, I'm not upset that my rent was increased at all. Nature of the business but what I can't stand behind is an increase of $60 in 3 months. I can afford it but it's the principle. Then I called the general customer service and was essentially told oh well (paraphrasing). The funniest part is that had my initial rent been what the increase is, I would've still paid it. However, the sheer gall to increase it so much in so little time is a slap in the customers face. Unfortunately, I'm going to be closing out my unit and taking my business elsewhere.

I usually don’t do a lot of reviews, but I feel like this Location deserved it. 41, they keep their facility absolutely clean. I’ve seen many of the employees cleaning behind the tenants here. In on a more personal level, I accidentally ran into one of the storage unit doors with a moving truck a week ago and they were absolutely the sweetest about it. Very accommodating, even when I was so stressed out about that accident. They were very reassuring, very calming and took care of it right away! I actually also love that it’s right by the Mansfield police station because I know that there would be no theft!

I’ve been a loyal customer for 3 years, both with my ex and on my own, and this was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. I wasn’t even able to speak to someone at my actual location, and they refused to connect me to a manager. Instead of helping, they were dismissive and kept brushing off my concerns. It felt like they were more focused on ending the conversation than actually resolving anything. On top of that, I received a reminder about access hours ending at 9 PM, but no one could explain how I’m supposed to leave if I’m already inside before 9. You require a code to exit, so what exactly is the expectation there? When I asked for clarification, I got no real answer, just more runaround. If you can’t reach someone who has the authority to help or even get basic answers, what’s the point of customer service? The only reason this isn’t a 0-star review is because Stacy was respectful and actually tried to help. Everyone else made the experience unnecessarily difficult. After this, I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone.
