Im just getting on here to let yall know that if Rachel is working there (shes extra nice and knowledgeable) she'll take good care of you and get you set up quickly. I wasn't sure what the sizes of the units were like since I'm more visual, so she walked around and showed me a few. Seeing the place and units look clean also made me feel better. Gave me a better idea of what I was working with. 10/10

AlexDoes what it needs as a storage unit. But having both elevators out of order at the same time is completely unacceptable. Especially considering the 2nd and 3rd floor codes CANT get you into the first floor where the stairs are. How am I supposed to get to my unit?
