I’m a current customer at this location . I’m impressed with how clean the property is Joyce the manager there is such a joy and always keeps the property in tip top shape . I feel very relieved having my things stored here . It shows that the manager cares for her customers as it’s always so clean out on property and the storage spaces are so shiny. Thanks Joyce for caring for your customers you give great service . I highly recommend this storage .

This was the worst experience ever with storage facility. Not necessarily this location, but corporate. Their ai driven chat and website do not anywhere near serve the customers needs. I rented online, but this location is remote and the unit assigned was at the back of the property and I didn't feel safe. So, immediately, before ever trying to move in, I tried to request a unit at the front of the property. Multiple phone-tree calls, Ai text/chats and 2 on-site visits during business hours (no one in mgmt was there although someone lives on-site) and my request failed to be appropriately addressed, by a human who could have solved this easily I feel. It took 2 phone calls (finally in billing dept I got live person) I was able to request refund. Then took 2 more calls to get the full amount refunded. Oh, and by the way, on my first visit - gate not working but told it would be in a week. A week later when I was trying to change unit location, still not working. So not secure at all. And after I posted this review here, I've received no less than 4 phone calls bot local & corp asking me to take it down. I guess we know how to get a live person to cal...

This is my first time using a storage company and Angela and Joyce made this very easy and painless. I was able to speak with a "human" when I called. When I did leave a message with a question I got a return call back very quickly! They were friendly, professional and very helpful. When we got to the unit on our move in day it was spotless! I am pleased with our decision to choose Public Storage on Custer in Prosper!

Joyce was incredible, extremely efficient and attentive to what our storage needs were. The experience was so fast and precise without any issue. Same day service, the unit was very clean, as was the entire property. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for 5 star service and experience with any size storage needs.

If I could give 6 stars I absolutely would. JOYCE, thats all you have to say! Working with her has been a blessing we were short on time and needed to get a unit quickly that could accommodate all our things and she worked her magic and found a unit large enough for our furniture. She went above and beyond if it wasn't for her proactive problem solving and compassion we would have lost all of our possessions no doubt. So, thank you again for busting your butt to get us what we needed.
