This place is awesome, secure and priced right. Bryan made moving in and out seamless, every interaction made you feel at home and that he cares about your stuff. He keeps the place clean, bathrooms are clean as well. Solid guy!

I signed up for a storage unit here but ended up never using it. I canceled the unit the following month through their website. Unfortunately, no one ever contacted us to inform us that the cancellation would not actually be processed until their supplied lock was removed from the unit. Instead, the charges continued to accumulate for months without any notification. The first time we realized there was an issue was when we received a bill in the mail. When I called the front office, the employee told me, “Oops, we always call about these things, but it looks like you canceled at night on the website and no one was here to call you to let you know.” Keep in mind, this was months after the cancellation request and we received a cancellation confirmation via email. She acknowledged our frustration and said she would work on getting the charges removed. Unfortunately, nothing was ever done to resolve the issue, and we ultimately had to pay the accumulated charges. Summary: -Poor communication -Dishonest tactics that feel designed to increase profits -Refusal to take responsibility for their mistake
