I think it was Matt that wasn't working that particular day but he just came to the office for something and ended up being a great big help to me . All store locations need an update for time of business hours . This store front is not the same as the online photo. I'm here at 9:17 a.m online stayed it opens at 9.a.m no body is here lobby door locked. It 9:38 now... This is very pitiful horrible for business I would blame the economy for the whole government shutdown but I do not believe public storage it's owned by government however I need to make a payment in calling the phone number to the store. I'm up routing calls to corporate office supposedly, they sound like a bunch of scammers inside of a damn room. then they say if you make a payment over the phone that's a $20 payment fee. if you do a payment with the automated system it's $10fee with your debt card. who in the world wants to pay extra money for making a payment for their belongings. I'm very annoyed and highly dissatisfied with all of the public storages location. doesn't matter which one because they are all the same.

This place is a scam. They charge you a couple of hundred bucks a month initially for storage of a trailer then every other month it goes up until they have blown the monthly fees out of proportion. Ill never use this company ever again. First month was free(thats how they bait you in) Then the next month it was $150 .....then from there its now doubled to nearly $300. So I have been storing my trailer there for almost 4 years and the price has gone up evety other month since its been there.Im putting this message out so that if you're considering them....Dont do it!!!! If you have money to burn then this is your place.
