Kim was very welcoming and informed with my request to vacate and the steps preseeding. Kim asked if I'd rather downsize and save $ rather than vacate. I was presented with options. I chose one and transferred my unit. All within 5 mins. Though the new unit was listed as rentable. There was a lock on it when I arrived. I returned to the store to inform Lim. She made a call. Transferred me to another unit available. Again in 5 mins or less and requested I be credited (to be determined later). I truly appreciate the diligence and kindness and genuine investment in my satisfaction. Thank you again Kim for saving me $ and time; also showing up to deliver excellence yesterday. Though I have a feeling that is how you show up every shift!

Just want to give a big shout-out to Pat and Christine on a job well done! I wasn't sure what I needed and Pat took me to look at different sizes AND went to look at the store room already had to determine the size u could move down to. That took a load of stress off of me. So I'm giving 5 stars to them. Great job!

I rented a Public Storage unit recently in the Richardson area. I had questions about paying my rent in person at other locations closer to where I live. I was near the 2200 Avenue K location in Plano. Vanessa and Nick were there, and said some places only have the self-serve kiosks. I prefer to pay in person to a human being, and get a confirmation receipt printed out. Vanessa answered all my other questions as well when Nick was assisting another customer. They both were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Thank you both! REVIEW ON AUGUST 6, 2024 I have been a long time Public Storage customer at several locations beginning in the 1990's. All the employees I've met over the years have been very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Kim @ 2200 K Ave Plano TX 75074 is one of the best. She helped me recently, and numerous times for several years. Also, I met Kyle who assisted me with making a payment. Thank you both very much!
