This is the very first time I have needed to put things in storage before I make a move to another house and I met famous Harrison, who is a very nice person, has excellent customer service skills, listens to what you need and helps you obtain the best price, location and room, adequately for you. I was able to get a good price on President's Day at the 920 Audelia location. He has everything under control and keeps the environment clean and safe for you. I really appreciate all his help and highly recommend him for all your storage needs. Thanks to him I was able to find a nice room, well equipped and in a safe neighborhood.

Harrison was the best, he has SUPER and EXCELLENT customer service, he is very caring and is very hands on with the customers. Harrison is running this property very well and whenever I need a storage space I will for sure come to the public storage at 920 Audelia. Also each time it came to this property it was clean inside and out. Ask for Harrison at Public Storage 😀

For the last couple of years we have rented different spaces here. At first it was of a challenge when we needed answers or things repaired (lights, locks, etc) HOWEVER, when Harrison arrived on site things changed so much for the better for all tenants. He takes time to listen, acts quickly to solve any issues and is fantastic when it comes to customer service. If he says he is going to do something, you can count on him. It really makes a difference knowing tht you have someone in your corner to help out should there be an issue. If you are thinking that you need storage and this location is close...you can rent with assurance that you will be taken care of like family.

Go with Uhaul instead. Public storage has a tendency to hike prices with to the extreme and will do it at any moment. I've been with them 4 months and have witnessed the insane prices. You are better off going with Uhaul or someone else. Also note that the "climate control " units aren't actually climate controlled, feel exactly like your outside. Don't waste your time or money with this place.
