Great place :) called ABC payed and moved in sane day with no hassle
It's hassle free move in. Lance, the managing supervisor for life storage on site between McNeil and FM 620 is a very difficult person to work with. I've tried twice renting a parking space there and I was denied due to minor issues. His assumptions always ruins the experience. His errors are not reimbursed for additional charges and no apologies for making the mistake. I'm just done dealing with his harsh controlling personality. Never will I rent a space from that location in the future.
Easy Reservation, clean facility - Great staff !
I had to do a military move that changed a few times due to scheduling and COVID conflicts. Tracey was very professional, patient, and workable with the changes. Keep up the great job:-))
