Things I liked and things I did not.
I moved in on a Saturday... Liked: Staff friendly and courteous, also the storage unit was easy to access and was clean. Not liked: I reserved a space a week ahead of time over the phone but when I showed up the space I reserved was taken. I was told their units were on a first come first serve basis and someone else took my reserved storage spot. So I had to move into a higher priced unit (Felt like a bait and switch operation). I had hired movers who were paid my the minute, so I didn't have time to shop around and go somewhere else. I reluctantly took the storage unit. Also, I was forced to buy their lock I was reassured by the csr that they would adjust the price on Monday back to my original quoted price and the overcharge I paid would be credited for next months rental. I'm waiting to see if this rings true.
