My check in was smooth and the customer service was excellent.
From the first day we met Ms. Cindy, we had nothing but the highest of praises. We were given all the information available, taken to an available unit, and a truck was reserved for our upcoming move. Ms. Cindy was so polite, respectful, and cared for nothing but our concerns as customers. On the day of our move, she was waiting for us, had the truck ready to go, and we were on our way in no-time. Words cannot express how pleased we were with this Manager and our treatment as customers. She was superb in her position and we hope that her professionalism is recognized and rewarded by her superiors. Thank you Cindy for a great experience.
Quick and easy online rental. I received updates and confirmations and a point of contact if I had any question. The location manager called me to see if I had any questions. Once at the location Cindy helped me get the right unit and even helped me obtain a second unit. She made sure both units were next to each other and exactly what I needed. She was very professional and helpful.
