Very nice convenient Clean Friendly personnel
Phyllis Thompson was so professional and focused on my needs, not hers. The place is new so its sparkling clean. Access is through wide automated double doors. I got a second floor unit and expected the moving of stuff from my truck to the unit would be tricky. They couldn't have made it easier! Durable 4-wheel carts, wide open automatic doors as well as a huge elevator, made it very easy to take about 20 heavy boxes up and into the unit. They provide lock and keys as part of the rent. They use tubular cam locks with cylindrical keys that are simple and easy to use. You own the lock and keys so they are not recycled for other users. As for price, they were the best I came across after a few weeks of research. I highly recommend you will get a much bigger bang for your buck.
The manager had a great and helpful personality.
Service desk guy was a little awkward, but it got the job done.
