I came into the office under a reservation for a 5x5 unit. Jacob Bissell was concerned that my unit would be too small for my needs so he offered to show me the other sizes so I could see for myself how much space each size offered.

The facility is nice, but the manager and their business practices are anything but. Beware: They raise rent frequently and without a ceiling, so long term customers who pay on time end up penalized. They advertise first month free. However, if any family member has storage there and you’re backup on their account, the facility will claim you’re an existing customer and rescinded the offer. Cube smart has a great opportunity to have the best storage facility, but their business practices hinder that.
