We just moved from out of state to an apartment in Austin and needed a place to store our home. Oak Hill is an excellent storage facility. Very clean and easy to access. The management team Steve, Vickie, and Tina were very helpful and easy to work with. The facility is climate controlled which is great for our stored items. Parking access, hand carts, furniture dollies, and air conditioning all made the move easier. The facility appears very secure with accessing control and many cameras. The interior is very clean and well maintained as is the storage unit itself. Overall a very good experience. We would highly recommend Oak Hill.

Overall great experience. The lady that works there was friendly and very informative. She talked me through every step, and even showed me the unit before renting it. I do however have 2 negative things Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d like to point out. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not fenced, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s all gravel roads, and the entry is bumpy, BUT I believe they will be fixing that soon. And the lock on the storage door is difficult. But other then that, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m really happy with picking this as my storage.
Really a easy place to get to and access. Customer service is very friendly. Highly recommend.
