Reserving and paying for my storage online was a smooth process. The paperwork didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t take long at all and there was no need for me to go to the office. All the information I needed was emailed to me or in the storage upon move in. The location was also very convenient as it is down the street from my old place. I love the security of the facility sometimes my app access gives me trouble and I just have to enter the cold but overall it was a great experience!

Facility was clean. Staff was very helpful. Could have used an additional cart or two. Nice storage unit over all. Perfect for what I needed.

Although,the staff that was on duty was not well informed about the property, I do understand that he was just filling him from another location. I scheduled the purchase of my rental completely on line which is highly recommended. It's fast and easy to do alone. The facility is very nice and it gives you the feeling of security. It is an indoor facility with coded roll up gates and coded elevator. My one complaint, is I was not shown by an employee the location of my unit nor was I explained anything about the codes. Have an employee show you because you will be looking for a good 5-10 minutes, it's a maze but hey, my kids enjoyed it. We turned it into a game😅 If you take your own lickmake sure they put a tag on it. I'm still waiting on mines.
