All the information I needed was emailed to me or in the storage upon move in. The location was also very convenient as it is down the street from my old place. I love the security of the facility sometimes my app access gives me trouble and I just have to enter the cold but overall it was a great experience!
Facility was clean. Staff was very helpful. Could have used an additional cart or two. Nice storage unit over all. Perfect for what I needed.
Although,the staff that was on duty was not well informed about the property, I do understand that he was just filling him from another location. I scheduled the purchase of my rental completely on line which is highly recommended. It's fast and easy to do alone. The facility is very nice and it gives you the feeling of security. It is an indoor facility with coded roll up gates and coded elevator. My one complaint, is I was not shown by an employee the location of my unit nor was I explained anything about the codes. Have an employee show you because you will be looking for a good 5-10 minutes, it's a maze but hey, my kids enjoyed it. We turned it into a game😅 If you take your own lickmake sure they put a tag on it. I'm still waiting on mines.
Great customer service ! Thank you Ms. Nevada… she took time , answered all my questions, show me layout of the storage unit. Explained my options of storage units and which one would better service my usage. Sometimes it’s hard to experience good customer service but I got lucky today! Very satisfied with the service. In three years, my rent has nearly tripled. During that same time, the condition of this facility has steadily declined. Elevators are frequently broken. Entry doors malfunction. Access is unreliable. For a storage facility, basic functionality should not be optional. To make matters worse, it is nearly impossible to reach a human being. When you’re paying significantly more every year, the least you should expect is accessible customer service. Instead, you’re routed through automated systems with little to no real support. Raising rates while neglecting maintenance and customer accessibility feels like a one-sided relationship. Customers are paying premium prices for deteriorating service. I strongly recommend comparing other options before committing here — and paying close attention to their long-term pricing practices.
Nevada was friendly and greeted us at the door with a smile. She explained everything in great detail. She made us feel like we were neighbors.

Nevada has the best customer service, she helped us with everything we came in for today. She is GREAT and so much fun! Its so great when you go into a place and they have great customer service, you dont see that much anymore
