The lady in the office is very nice..
We were out of town and were still able to secure a good location and a good price on a storage unit. This enabled us to more extra items into storage as soon as we returned back into town. Good job.

I really like this particular store. It's typically very clean, organized and well kept. On the floor the team members are cordial and offer assistance. My only complaint, and sadly this is true for most retail, why do they have so many registers but rarely more than on cashier? Not all guests wish to self check. In particular if you have a basket full of groceries. Beyond that as noted it is clean, well lit and pleasant for a shopping experience.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Mom Review – SuperTarget Wylie (Visited May 17, 2025) I was seriously impressed with this Target! Even though it’s a busy location, it was so well-stocked, organized, and CLEAN. I went on a primetime Saturday, and everything from parking to checkout was smooth sailing — they had plenty of checkers and open lines, which made a huge difference with a little one in tow! Now, let’s talk about the sushi… WOW. Hands down the best store-bought sushi I’ve ever had. The rice was soft and tasted freshly cooked — none of that rock-hard, rubbery stuff you sometimes get. The poke was super fresh too! I couldn’t believe it. Definitely exceeded my expectations for grocery sushi. Also, I’m a Good & Gather fan through and through — I love how consistently great that brand is. I picked up some amazing finds (see attached photos for a peek at my haul)! 🛒💕 I’ll definitely be making the extra drive to this Wylie location over the ones closer to me — it’s that good. Target moms, this one’s worth the trip!
Never been screamed and chased down at target that they close in 5 minutes by employees as I’m walking in! Also hearing they’re closing soon as I’m grabbing a few items; these are the same type of people to sit at a restaurant 30 minutes after close smh! I was in there 10 mins max lol horrible customer experience
Beware the self check out lines do not accept cash/currency ALSO when I paid in cash they will now short change you as they refuse to dispense pennies. Either round in the customers' favor or pay out the full amount of cash due.
Today, my pup and I were running errands and I needed to run it to grab a few items and wound buying him food, a Halloween costume, and other items. We passed by several store employees and each were kind and friendly and interacted with my 5lb sweet old man chihuahua. When we got to checkout the cashier immediately began eyeballing me. The two ladies she was checking out turned and saw my pup and were awed… meanwhile she states, “ That’s animal.” To which I calmly replied, “ It is a a dog.” She begins going on and on while still ever so slowly checking out the ladies, about how she is a cat person and dislikes dogs, while staring me down. All the while my pup is just hanging out. Then she stops checking the ladies out and ask if she can take a picture of my dog while holding up her phone to which I answered, “No, Thank you.” She finally finishes checkout the ladies in front of me and I get up to the little counter top and she begins to lecture me about Target’s policy on animals in store. I said, “Ok, noted can you please just check me out? She rolls her eyes and starts in again telling me how the manager will call the health department on me, etc. I once again, asked to be checked out. The line behind me is growing and growing. Then she steps back and said that I made her feel uncomfortable. I said, well I’ve been uncomfortable since I entered the line and you began disparaging me and my pup. To which she answered, “ You wouldn’t let me take a picture of your dog. I said, “Why should I have let you when you clearly have a problem with him.” At this point, she calls for a manager and I apologized to the people in line behind me. They were all very sympathetic of all I’ve dealt with at this point. Then she began crying. The manager eventually came and she whispered something to him. I asked if he understood the situation. He didn’t but asked what happened. I told him and he apologized.Which to me frankly wasn’t enough but at this point I just wanted to go home! Then the can of cinnamon rolls I had wanted to purchase exploded… it was a very odd night at my regular Target. The same Target me and my pup shop on the regular together. He is registered as an emotional support animal which is different from a service dog. The overall store manager “Boots” (as I refer to him) has greeted us over the years. What a shame have hired a girl that is inept to do her job, harasses customers and then attempts to play the victim when her attempt at bullying didn’t work! I hope the store managers and the HR department will have a chat with Sarah working tonight. Also, if my pets being in the store is so much of an issue then please have proper signage available for the public to see upon entry. I double checked on my way out and there wasn’t any. The photo is of my pup shopping for a few hundred dollars worth of Legos from this same Target!
