We found more competitive rates elsewhere. Plus, when we needed help, there was nobody available at the front desk. The kiosk was fine, but they couldn’t help us with getting the keys we needed for the lock that were left for us. We had to come back the next day, which cost us a lost customer sale for the item we needed to get in the unit.
