Extremely affordable available immediately clean
Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had a hard time finding a storage unit in the price that I wanted and Public Storage gave me exactly what I needed. They are nice and neat and clean and inside upon arriving to my new storage unit I received my keys and my brochure was able to get to my storage unit safely and was very satisfied with the storage space how clean it was And climate control was amazing. Also, very good job. I write them five stars.
Great storage place
I needed a storage unit for some small stuff cluttering up my apartment. I attempted a different storage place first, and they gave me the runaround and wanted all sorts of documents. I ended up canceling that reservation and going to public storage instead. The small unit I needed was reasonably priced, and the lady I dealt with in the office was awesome. I even had an issue with my pass code, and she got it fixed in no time. All around great experience.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. We will never rent storage from this place again, and I highly recommend others think twice before doing business here. First, the employees seem to have no idea what they’re doing. When we called ahead asking about rates, we were given completely different information than what we were told when we actually arrived at the office. I was scheduled for deployment, so I rented a storage unit. A day later, I was informed that the deployment had been canceled. I called to see if we could cancel and receive a full refund, but they refused. Fine — even though we didn’t end up needing the unit, we still continued paying and had already paid through the end of March. What makes this worse is that they canceled our storage unit in the middle of the rental period even though it was already paid through March. We hadn’t even moved anything into the unit yet, but that shouldn’t matter — it was still paid for. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor communication, inconsistent information, and taking back a storage unit that was already paid for is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend renting storage here.
