Clean and friendly
Met with Toni....office manager. Very professional. No hidden clauses. All out in the open. You provide your own lock and the space was all swept out and clean. Good lighting for hallway storage units.

After previously renting for 5 years, was happy to resume.
I might be wrong, but from talking online with Sparefoot, or maybe from the website, I inferred that I was to only be charged $15 extra for the first month of the new rental. However, when I paid in the Logan Self Storage office, I was charged $25 extra for the first month. This is not a complaint, but merely something that confused me slightly. Otherwise, everything is fine and professionally operated. As a retired military veteran, I especially appreciate the discount for military veterans.

Toni & Amy were very helpful and accommodating and provided us with an excellent storage unit. The access was easy with plenty of room for a large moving truck and the storage unit was very clean. The registration process was simple and they provided all the instructions we needed to access the unit in the future. Would highly recommend Logan Self Storage to anyone.

She really worked hard to accommodate what I needed. She was so friendly and helpful. She was very kind and very sweet. Customer service is excellent working with them and finding units was wonderful. Prices were comparable. It's gated! I would definitely suggest you go there!!
Emily BridgeI got robbed out of almost 2000$ worth of camping gear, shoes, and personal items that had a lot of sentimental value to me. Do NOT store here unless you get a unit that you know has a security camera facing it. The manegment was not helpful at all when it happened either. Don't store important stuff here.
