These gentlemen at the front counter are amazing! They were even on a meeting via conference call and asked me if I'd be willing to wait? I said absolutely! They were doing an amazing job with all the traffic. I also get them peaky corporate meetings! Corporate can be a pain. Absolutely phenomenal work by that staff!!

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very happy with this facility. The only issue is there could be more carts.
On Google it states you guys are open Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, on your door it says the same thing, but there is a hand written note that says Thursdays you are closed. The day before(Wednesday) I showed up about 10-12 minutes before 6 and the lights were already out and doors were locked. So I decided to drive the 42 minutes back the next morning to see that you guys were closed (I didn't notice the hand written note) once I got into the gate I found that my unit didn't exist. Customer service was not aware that the units across the street were yours. There are no indicators which units are in which section, so I drive into two different gates to find my unit (also there is no driveway so your car is in the street while you have to get out and type in your password and wait for the gate to open). Once I found my unit and opened it there was a thin layer of dirt and some garbage left by the previous tenant.
