Excellent experience
I rented 2 storage spaces. One for my daughter's vehicle and the other for her 1 bedroom apartment furniture/clothing/etc. My experience with Prime Storage was amazing. The rep who handled my account, Jack, was as pleasant as can be (I am from Louisiana). Southern hospitality goes a long way for us Southern FolksГ°ЕёЛњЕ . Jack answered every question and made me feel extremely comfortable with the experience. I hired a moving company to move my daughter's belongings. My daughter had returned to Louisiana for the summer so we were reliant on Jack to helps us coordinate with the movers. We purchased a lock from Prime Storage. Jack made sure all the belongings fit in the storage space, locked the door, and then placed the key in an envelope in a secure place at their facility. Upon my daughter's return to Utah for the next semester, she can pick up the key to retrieve her belongings. Jack and the team at Prime Storage were simply amazing. I will definitely use them again.

Stuart HarrisAvoid. Apparently, this is owned by a NY company. Every month they tried to raise my rates, then they added insurance, even though I provided them with insurance coverage documentation, twice! I even had twice the insurance they required. The staff at the front desk were great and went out of their way to be accommodating, but the parent company Is always trying to squeeze more money out of the tenants. Once you've moved in, they assume you're stuck.
