I got a 5x10 unit to store things while moving and I was more than pleased with my experience. First off it was very affordable. They had a lot of sales which was nice. Then the manager was super friendly. All in all it was great and I have no complaints

This new company that manages this place sucks. Took me off auto pay, had no updated info because “it didn’t transfer systems”, they cut off the lock, then charged me for a new one $21. This company really went downhill. Will be looking for a better place soon. Update: after calling in they apologized and told me that my lock wasn’t cut and that I wouldn’t pay for it on the bill. Got set back up with auto pay. Today received an outrageous bill saying that they were taking my storage fee of 65 a month and increasing it to 117 a month. I’ve been a customer a long time, but the lady on the phone corrected the amount and got me back down to 65. The lady I spoke to was very kind in assisting me as well.

Been in the location for 10 years, seen different managements take over the establishment. I understand the price increase, but wish they gave more details when and why they did it. They where good in giving me a fair price last time I spoke to the manager.
