Amazing woman working in there named Krystal. She knew the ins and outs of all the storage options, showed them to me, then got a military discount of 5% so that was nice, and a deal of a lock and month free. Competitive in pricing, gates are fast and close slowly so you have plenty of time to get in and out. The temp control is what I got, and nice clean hallways wide enough to use a dolly and carry stuff. Im a disabled vet so I have to be careful and the wider hallway and the door stops are nice. Also the doors on units are a piece of cake to open and close. Which is nice when you have a wrecked back, neck, and shoulders. I would recommend to anyone. I will say only hiccups were computer based where my declaration stuff from insurance disappeared but resent with ease. That is me being transparent there was no problems and solved easily. Thankyou for making a annoying time easy! Oh and no they are not a scam to whomever reads that review. I literally live .2 miles from them and rent a 10 by 15 temp controlled unit. I found them in December, started renting in January, got my free month and lock, military discount applied, and couldn't be happier.

She took the time to walk me through every step and made the entire process easy and stress-free. She’s clearly in the right line of work, and your company is lucky to have her! Her demeanor is rare—I only wish more establishments had staff like her.

Great facility! We rented a unit for about a year and a half before we bought our house. The staff is always very friendly, easy to communicate with, and affordable. Very easy to move out of/end monthly rental unit. There’s no hidden fees, or anything weird like that.

Scam!! You lied to me, out and out lied to me. About getting 1 month free renting a space from you. "If I filled out the rental form you had posted on line I received one month free". I filled out your paper work and paid via credit card, and paid 34.00 for paper work. I was OK'ed to move in. After I moved in the upper management said that the ad I answered should have not ran and I would have paid the full price for the month. This was a scam witch you took on me, I could not afford to move out, so i had to pay Pink Door/Ogden the whole price. Good luck to others...
