Customer service was great from the point of making the reservation online to when I moved in. The facility is great. The supplied cart was a life saver for the climate controlled facility. I am satisfied the price is a value for whatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s offered and would recommend them.
Bianca has been great to work with. Sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s has great communication skills and is very, very helpful in getting taken care of. I had an issue with when I first inquired about the facility with someone at their call center and I was ready to pay more elsewhere. But after speaking with Bianca, and explaining to her, what had happened, she took care of me and showed that she actually cared for the type of service I had received from the other person. I would definitely recommend working with Bianca. She has a great personality, great attitude and just outstanding customer service. Tara is another person I would recommend to speak to Bianca went above and beyond to make sure that I wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have any type of issues going forward, and I am very grateful for the help that you gave me thumbs up for Bianca.
