We had great experience with Jack at extra space storage, he’s very helpful and very accommodating. He’s definitely a gem to keep. Being said that I do like to add and suggest Extra space storage is a great place to store your belongings, what they need to change is their fast changing fees I never experienced anywhere that within 1 year the prices will go higher this quickly and unpredictably, where do you see this every 3-4 months you’ll hear the fee has increased Im very disappointed on this.

I wasn’t really sure what To expect when I called About using this place for Storage for the next few months but I was blown away by how helpful their manager Andrew was When I spoke to him on the phone. He guided me through what the process would look like, happily gave me all the info I needed, and didn’t make me feel like a burden at all when I had a whole list of questions for him. I asked if the rates would ever change and he did advise me that yeah, unfortunately they would probably go up in a few months but I understand That’s something out of his hands as the manager. Ultimately I decided to not Use them just because I don’t know what my finances will look like in a few months and whether or not I’ll be able to afford additional rate increases, but I still wanted to leave this review to say how blown away I was by the customer service experience with Andrew and how kind and helpful he was. Definitely recommend this place and make sure you ask for him on the phone specifically.

Andrew was awesome! They raised my rent by like $50 and I called to let him know I was told that our rate wouldn’t increase because we have a beam in the middle of our unit. He was so great and said he would figure it out for us. He reached out to me the next day and figured it out! These guys are great. So glad to have our storage here!
