Incredibly easy and fast process from booking to filling out paperwork to moving in. We got a 5x5 storage unit which sounded small but actually has a TON of space. The facility is easy to get to and highly secure. The site manager who checked us in was very friendly and knowledgeable. A wonderful experience in every way - I would highly recommend if you live in Salt Lake County or surrounding area.

Having used other storage spaces before, I highly recommend Public Storage. The app makes it so easy to rent, make changes and move out. The service was incredible (friendly, knowledgeable, etc) and the location is very convenient with easy access through the app for opening the gates. Using this facility was like a breath of fresh air after our last experience.

The system wouldn’t let me apply both the promo and the discounted price—it was only giving me one or the other. That’s when Misty stepped in and worked her magic! She went above and beyond to make sure I got both offers, saving me money and hassle. Misty was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful situation super easy. Her customer service is truly top-notch. Highly recommend this location—especially if you get the chance to work with Misty!
