Don’t waste your time or money here — you’ll regret it.
Absolutely terrible experience with Towne Storage. I rented online and got a call from customer service to finish setting up my account, but they said I had to meet with the on-site manager to access the unit. It’s been over a week now and I haven’t been able to find anyone in the office — even though the posted hours are 9am–6pm every day. They already took my money, but I still can’t get into the unit, and I’ve asked twice for a refund with no response. This place is a total nightmare to deal with. Go down the road to Storage Star in Hooper or Storage Star in Roy — they actually care about their customers!
