My experience from start to finish was excellent. Keith patiently answered all of my questions and concerns prior to the reservation and once we arrived to finalize the rental agreement. I would recommend public storage to my family and friends.
After calling around and reaching one rude person, one who only charged from the 1st to the last day of the month with no pro-rating or no flexibility for the 30-days from start to end, I was thrilled to find Public Storage. From my very first call to collect information, to the manager at the Fordson Road location and the very kind young man who facilitated my paperwork, etc. I am so relived that my move is progressing with such ease. THANK YOU!!!
The property manager Keith was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer services is hard to come by in this day. So, I was super impressed. The property was also very clean. Excellent customer service and affordable units I would definitely recommend.
