No one is there staffed, ever. The facility is fine, cant prop the doors to bring things in or the alarm will sound. You have to enter the code every single time you want to go in. Only 1 large cart and 2 small carts available to use. The reason for my low rating is due to how the owner communicates. I had a unit I was currently renting here, but I was in need of a much larger unit. I reached out to inquire about upgrading my unit to a larger one, or possibly renting a second unit. I had 2 units in mind, as I had walked around to view any open ones that were close to my current one. I emailed to ask about these units, it took around two weeks to hear back and by that time, the units in question were already rented. So, I simply asked which units were still available. I wanted to know the unit numbers so I could see how close the available units were to my current one. The contents of my unit were heavy. For whatever reason, the person I was communicating with would not provide me with specific units that were available. After around 4 or 5 emails where the only response given was "to check the available units online". I finally just gave up and decided it was time to find another storage facility. This was 3 weeks worth of simply trying to get available unit numbers. There are no unit numbers available online, only sizes, so this information was not helpful. There is also not a map available showing which units/sizes are available or where they're located. The person on the other end of the email was not helpful at all and was super dismissive about the entire interaction. I don't normally leave reviews but the way the people at this company interact with someone trying to give them more business is ridiculous. I have since moved everything from here and will not use again.
