On point, Courteous, well -packaged
From finding them in a suitable location in a online search, to moving in; the process/service was seamless. To me, they have done their homework. I am able to move in an out of the facility with ease. I would have preferred 24/7 access but that was not available. The gate access procedure is missing detail or maybe I missed it; there is on gate for entering and a different gate for exiting. I was using the entrance gate both ways until the manager informed me. I am satisfied with the facilty
Hard for U-Haulﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s 20 feet and above. Tight turns.
Ok location but hard to make turns. You have to be safe driver to make it with a 20 foot U-Haul. I do not think you could get any bigger one in without big trouble. Lot needs to be be cleaned better of snow going out. Have less ice also if was.Everything else ok.

When I come in to see Sheila or Davey both are very nice and professional and up to date on pricing, etc. Both keep me informed and up to date on changes. The storage area is always clean outside and safe. It's always nice doing business with these 2 Public Storage employee. Thanks.
Yari SanI do not rent at Sheila's location, but I felt compelled to leave this review because of how incredible she was. I currently rent a unit with Public Storage in Virginia, and unfortunately, I've had a very hard time reaching anyone at my location. I've never seen a staff member there, and getting someone on the phone for help has been nearly impossible. As a first-time Public Storage renter, this has been frustrating and stressful. Even though I'm not a renter at Sheila's property, she went completely out of her way to help me. She stayed calm while I explained my situation, listened with patience and understanding, and did everything she could to guide me in the right direction. She even provided me with phone numbers for other locations where I could reach a live person to help resolve my issue. That level of care and professionalism speaks volumes about her character. I truly wish she were my property manager, that says everything. Sheila went above and beyond for someone who isn't even her customer, and that kind of integrity is rare. If I could give her 1,000 stars, I absolutely would - she deserves every single one of them. Public Storage is fortunate to have her. This is what high quality customer service should be like!
